Sports & Remedial Massage
Sports and remedial massage is not just for those in sport. It is a combination of different health-promoting techniques, exercise recommendations and advice on lifestyle which ultimately will help the individual to prepare for physical activity. Sports and remedial massage also aids with muscular tensions, aches & pains, as well as helping with injury recovery and recovery from exercise. Remedial sports massage is designed to keep you performing at your best either in exercise or in the work environment.
Treatment Lengths: 30 Minutes, 45 Minutes, 1 Hour
The main benefits of sports massage therapy are:
– Improved circulation.
– Reduced muscular tension.
– Improved psychological mindset.
– Reduced swelling.
– Reduces the build up of scar tissue.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage but the pressure is much deeper, with the massage stroke tending to be slower paced to induce deep relaxation. The focus of this massage is to pin point areas of tension or discomfort and work on the deeper tissues such as; tendons, ligaments and fascia as well as the deeper muscles that may be tense or sore.
Treatment Lengths: 1 Hour

Injury Rehabilitation
Injury rehabilitation uses a variety of treatment methods to get you back to full fitness. The sessions will involve mixes of massage therapy, exercise therapy and Specific tailor made rehabilitation plans. You will be given an idea of how many sessions are required and what to expect during the rehabilitation process. Please allow 1 week from initial treatment for your rehabilitation plan.
