Formally know as Racketball, Squash 57 is an easier version or Squash. The game is played with a shorter racket than Squash, with a bigger head. Players play with a bigger, bouncier ball which lengthens the rallies but lessens the impact on the joints, as there is a lot less lunging around the court compared to Squash.
It is played on a squash court and the rules are very similar to squash. The bouncier ball makes Squash 57 a lot easier to take up so is perfect for beginners.
Squash 57 offers all the cardio benefits of squash without having the same impact on the joints. You will still work up a sweat and will still be able to walk in the morning.
