Bigger Racket, Bigger Ball, Bigger Rallies!
Formally know as Racketball, Squash 57 is an easier version or Squash. The game is played with a shorter racket than Squash, with a bigger head. Players play with a bigger, bouncier ball which lengthens the rallies but lessens the impact on the joints.
Squash 57 is played on a squash court and the rules are very similar to Squash. The bouncier ball makes Squash 57 a lot easier to take up, making it perfect for beginners.
Squash 57 offers all the cardio benefits of Squash without having to lunge around the court. This significantly reduces the impact on the joints and you will definitely work up a sweat!
Rackets and Balls can be hired from Reception.
COMING SOON! We intend to start a Squash 57 social pay & play every Sunday from 3pm – 4:20pm. Players turn up to play lots of mini matches in a social and friendly environment with like-minded individuals.
Occasionally throughout the year we will hold Squash 57 coaching sessions to help improve people’s game and introduce new players to the sport.
