Squash has been voted the worlds healthiest sport on numerous occasions, due to the high intensity nature of the game and the low injury risk compared with other sports. So this high intensity circuit session is perfect for those looking to get fit, improve their overall Squash fitness or improve the heart and lung health.
The session is accompanied by some Squash drills and routines to further build elements of fitness, but also improve your Squash!
High intensity circuits session based on the fitness elements needed for Squash: Speed, Strength, Flexibility, Agility and Endurance! Session followed by Squash drills and Routines to improve your Squash technique and further build fitness.
