Squash has been voted the worlds healthiest sport on numerous occasions, due to the high intensity nature of the game and the low injury risk compared with other sports. So this high intensity circuit session is perfect for those looking to get fit, improve their overall Squash fitness or improve their heart and lung health.
Sessions are normally run as part of a 6 week block.
