If you’re struggling to get started or need a programme to follow this 1 hour Personal Training session is the choice for you!

PT - Burn (£140)
Want to book a few sessions at a discounted price! This is ideal for those needing extra support getting started or are plateauing doing your current training regime!

PT - Optimiser (£320)
If you want the best results, monitored progress and support throughout your journey this is for you! We will take data such as fat %, weight and body measurements giving us a start point. Furthermore, we will complete a selection of fitness tests depending on your goals which will allow us to track progress made, as well as gauging current fitness levels.
